This is a sequel of part 1 and yes, this truly happened. After some weeks the manager found out he was wasting the teams efforts by assigning the wrong stories to their sprints. He also found out that he should focus on the most valuable things first to meet the deadline and stop assigning the unnecessary steps in between.
